• Led the development of 3 cross-platform mobile apps (Kaspar& - launched in 2022, Kaspar& acrevis - launched in early 2024, MyLiberty - launched in late 2024) from concept to launch, including design, implementation, and go-to-market coordination. Achieved 8k+ active users and average ratings 4.5+ in app stores.
• Built and mentored a cross-functional team (product, ops, data, engineering), fostering a collaborative culture and rapid iteration. Improved activation rates by 15-25% and reduced time-to-value.
• Defined and managed product roadmaps, balancing user needs, business goals, and regulatory constraints.
