Kaspar& is a FINMA-regulated wealth manager that makes investing fair, easy to understand, and accessible for everyone. By linking everyday spending with investing, users round up their purchases and automatically invest the spare change towards their personalized financial goals.

Led the company's Risk Control & Multi Asset team (2–4 people) managing over CHF 4 billion in assets. Oversaw five systematic equity and fixed income funds and multiple discretionary mandates. Optimized the systematic risk engine and developed ETF-based systematic fixed-income strategies. Directed a research project on pension finance (BVG) and implemented advanced client-specific simulations and backtests. Maintained multi-asset mandates, served as the main contact for risk control matters, and conducted research and client training.

Conducted cryptographic and data security analyses, including post-quantum research on Supersingular Isogeny Key Exchange (SIKE), during a 3-week deployment for the Swiss Federal Department of Defence (VBS).

Specialized in artificial intelligence and machine learning; capstone project analyzed language evolution in Swiss Parliament speeches (1900 – 1980) using state-of-the-art models such as Transformer/BERT, Word2Vec, and ELMo models.
